Legwear’s tried-and-true colors, such as black and white, navy blue and nude, are making a comeback this spring. But this isn’t your granny’s hose. Manufacturers are keeping their collections fresh with intricate openwork, quirky patterns and by adding an occasional watercolor pastel.
