Michael Pybus and Dazed and Confused

Dazed and Confused were asked to collaborate with artist Michael Pybus on a recent project called An Experiment in Collaboration, which will be shown for a month at the Jerwood Gallery. The basis of the project was invite six multi-disciplinary artists to collaborate with a variety of professionals including a forensic psychiatrist, a computer game designer and a biophysicist.

Michael has worked closely with Dazed in the past, showing his work at the Dazed gallery and building sets for specific Dazed projects. He wanted to take his recent work, a series of painted plinths, and move them into a fashion context, so I was put forward as a stylist to represent Dazed in this photographic collaboration.

Agyness Hires a Personal Assistant

Guess those Burberry and Armani ads are paying quite well:

Besides having a new apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Agyness Deyn also just got a new personal assistant in America.

The girl is responsible for keeping track of Agyness' schedule, travel plans, and general well being, which sounds like the easiest job in the world, since while it's true she's one of the busiest working models right now, she's also one of the nicest and most easygoing that we've ever met.

Supermodels not Super enough...

Stephanie Seymor, Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer, Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington and Cindy Crawford were beaten out for the September Vanity Fair cover by a certain Carla Bruni-Sarkozy–but they still get plenty of action inside the issue.

Agys new Hairstyle

Her trademark blonde crop became almost as popular as Jennifer Aniston's 'Rachel'.

But after copycats like Pixie Geldof and Kimberly Stewart flocked to look like model Agyness Deyn, 25, she has changed her hairstyle.

Agyness's new style, similar to a bowl cut, sees her sporting a fringe, with Mr Spock finish on the sides.

La Zimmermann Does Vogue Nippon

Raquel is a chameleon, and her September Vogue Nippon edit is proof of that. The feature styled by George Cortina and shot by Mario Sorrenti is amazing.

Watch out for Brian Reyes

Brian Reyes had one fine evening last night. Both America Ferrera and Leighton Meester wore the designer to the New York premiere of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2. Ferrera wore a blue strapless moirĂ© dress, and Meester wore a black corset slip number. “I love dressing America–she pulls off each look with such confidence and ease and last night was no different,” the excited designer told Chic Report. “She looked absolutely radiant in the dress she chose. Leighton was more of a surprise–she’s tried some dresses before, but we weren’t sure she was going to wear the corset slip dress last night. She looked flawless. I love how she paired it with gladiator sandals!”

If you're going to spend a lot of time bored on the subway, why not do it for pay, and look fabulous while you're at it? That must have been stylist Edward Enninful's concept for the Fall 2008 Alberta Ferretti campaign, which features Anna Maria Jagodzinska and new talent Magdalena Frackowiak, Siri Tollerod, and Viktoriya Sasonkina juxtaposed in jewel tones with jaded expressions affixed on their faces. The best shot Steven Meisel captured has to be of Siri, slumped over in plastic chair.

Lanvin Fall 2008

Introducing the first image from Lanvin's Fall 2008 ad campaign, with Liya Kebede and Raquel Zimmermann caught mid-motion on a dark city street, just as The New Yorker described it. Hard to believe this was shot by Steven Meisel at Smashbox Studios in LA, eh?

McCain ad compares Obama to Britney Spears, Paris Hilton

A new campaign ad from Sen. John McCain -- which flashes shots of the two aforementioned megacelebrities -- calls Obama a megacelebrity, too, and questions his leadership ability.

"He's the biggest celebrity in the world. But is he ready to lead? With gas prices soaring, Barack Obama says no to offshore drilling and says he'll raise taxes on electricity. Higher taxes, more foreign oil -- that's the real Obama," the ad's narrator says while crowds screaming, "Obama!" are shown.

Responding to the ad, Obama spokesman Tommy Vietor said, "On a day when major news organizations across the country are taking Sen. McCain to task for a steady stream of false, negative attacks, his campaign has launched yet another. Or, as some might say, 'Oops! He did it again.' "

Nelly To Be Sean John Underwear Spokesmodel

Nelly has been named the first spokesmodel for the recently launched Sean John Underwear line. The rapper will be featured in the fall campaign promoting the new collection.

"I have been a big fan of Diddy and the Sean John clothing line for years," Nelly said via a statement. "So, when they asked me to work with them, it was a real honor. I hope my fans will enjoy this campaign as much as I did shooting it."

The campaign, shot by photographer Randee St. Nicholas, showcases Nelly in a modern home overlooking Los Angeles, while modeling the underwear.

Matt by Mert and Marcus

Matt Loewen, he of the movie star handsome face and perfect lips, lights up the new Emporio Armani campaign shot by Mert and Marcus.

Multi-Talent: George Barnett

George Barnett is front and center for Lanvin menswear. The winsome Brit portrays an entire group of Lanvin clad boys in the new campaign. Multi-tasking comes naturally for George - in addition to modeling and apprenticing with Hedi Slimane, George is also the drummer for critically acclaimed band, These New Puritains.

Pilot Suprise

JANICE Dickinson sure knows how to distract a pilot. The so-called original supermodel was on a recent private NetJets flight from LA to NY when she strolled into the cockpit and flashed the pilot, said a source. "She just went in and did a little shimmy and walked out," said the source. I guess someone is very desperate for attention!

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Trailer

The entire trailer looks much better than we expected, lending credence to the notion that as the Potter movies move further away from those first, awful Chris Columbus films, they're becoming better and better, approaching the artistic heights of the books themselves.

Catherine Zeta-Jones on holiday in Europe

With her outsized shades and wide-brimmed sunhat Catherine Zeta-Jones was the epitome of Hollywood glamour as she and her husband Michael Douglas dined at St Tropez's Club 55 on Monday.
